Strategic Overview/Objective

Catalyst Communications developed and launched the Fratelli Friends loyalty programme for Fratelli Fresh — a Pacific Concepts brand — with the objective of converting EDM subscribers into active in-venue loyalty members. The programme combined creative development, paid social, SEM, EDM, web assets and experience-led competitions to drive data acquisition, foot traffic and cheque spend.
